What type of crystals do you use on your products?

How should I wash items I purchase from Custom Team Bling?

We recommend hand-washing and hand-drying to ensure longevity. We stand by the security of our rhinestones under normal wear and tear.

Can I modify my order once it is placed?

If you need to change an order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, once we ship an item out of our facility orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do I need to pay for my order entirely in advance?

We require a minimum of 50% down-payment once an order is placed. The remainder of your payment, in addition to shipping costs, will be due prior to shipment.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once an order is shipped we will email you an invoice and tracking information. We are not responsible for any products lost in the shipping process.

Do you insure your items?

We are not responsible for any products that are lost while they are shipped to our facility. We recommend shipping insurance if this is a concern to you.

Can I return items I order from Custom Team Bling?

Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable. A non-custom order can be returned within 7 days however a $50 re-stocking fee will be assessed.

If I return my non-custom order within 7 days, will my shipping costs be refunded?
